Kiverco Recycling System at Lift and Shift Skip Hire. System processing heavy waste (Construction and Demolition Waste). Material fed into KL830 trommel (8′ x 30′) via a heavy duty HARDOX lined vibrating pan feeder. Heavy duty punch plate mesh in trommel screening at -25mm, with fines collected under trommel and stockpiled in storage bay. The +25mm material is transferred to picking station number 1 where the cardboard, high (Hard) and low (Soft) density plastics are recovered. This material is then transferred to picking station number 2 where grade A (untreated) wood and grade B wood (treated wood, including MDF, chipboard and plywood) together with general waste/residue are recovered and removed. The remaining material then passes under an over-band magnet to recover the ferrous metals fraction. Then over a double deck 12′ x 5′ screen box to separate a clean midsize recycled stone product (40-25mm Product). Then finally under a 15kW blower to remove light waste contaminants to a lights cage, resulting in clean and saleable hardcore product. The complete system is electric drive with variable speed belts and manufactured according to CE Regulations and Guarded to British Standards.
